Sundowner RV Village

We provide spacious sites for campers up to 40 feet in length and Park Models. The majority of the sites offer full hook ups which includes water, septic, 60 channels of cable, WiFi and the majority of the sites are 50 amp. Each site has its own power meter so you pay for only what you use.

Our village is designed exclusively for the adult camper (50+) in mind as we are a haven for peace, quiet and tranquility to escape from the many demands of our busy lives. While we love children, our campground just does not offer the amenities geared toward the unique needs of families. We are centrally located to everything including golf courses, water activities, hiking, winding roads for the driving enthusiasts as well as folk art and antiques.

Our guests feel they have found a gem in the mountains to get away from the heat of the summer and the hustle bustle of city living.
