Vollis Simpson Whirligig Park

Whimsical metal sculptures of color and art in the sky by Vollis Simpson. He used cast-off items and wind to create three-dimensional jigsaw puzzles of spray-painted whirligigs and flashing reflectors that all move and chime with the wind.
