Built in 1926 as a summer retreat by the Brotherhood of Clerks and Agents for Southern Railroad, the Orchard Inn is a member of Select Registry, distinguished Inns of North America, and is on the National Register of Historic Places. There are nine rooms in the Inn itself, all with private baths and tastefully decorated in period pieces and antiques. Additionally, there are 5 cozy cottages featuring gas fireplaces, whirlpool baths, and private decks or screened in porches. All rooms have luxurious linens and very comfortable beds and come with a fabulous 3-course breakfast, served in our dining room which overlooks the Warrior Mountains. Enjoy an invigorating spa treatment in one of the comfortable rooms filled with refreshing aromas and relaxing music.
