Opened in Hendersonville in 2011, Southern Appalachian is the oldest brewery in town. They offer craft brewed ales including: Copperhead Amber, Black Bear Stout, and an IPA as well as a variety of seasonal, barrel-aged, and Belgian inspired wild and sour ales. The tasting room and outdoor area are kid and pet-friendly, plus the brewery hosts regular special events, live music and food trucks.
