Brewing craft beer in the Great Smoky Mountains. Two indoor bars, one on the main level built around the brewhouse and another upstairs where you can drink on the outdoor deck overlooking downtown, Tuckaseegee River and mountains. Our permanent food truck, The Rice Wagon Bryson City, is open every day.
Mountain Layers Brewing Company uses amazing water that comes directly from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. When possible, we incorporate locally sourced ingredients to brew the freshest and the finest variety of classic and cutting edge beer styles possible. We have rotating flagships as well as one-offs and seasonals. All 12 beers are available off the tap and as growlers or crowlers, so don't forget to bring in your growler for us to fill!
