The Original Little Richards BBQ was opened by Richard Berrier in Winston-Salem back in 1991. Cooked over hickory coals, the barbeque is then hand-chopped and smothered in his own secret sauce before being served to customers. This traditional pit-cooked BBQ has folks coming from all around to “EatMoPig.” The demand for his mouth-watering BBQ led to the opening of more locations, including this favorite location in Mount Airy.
