Redneck BBQ offers pulled pork, brisket, turkey, ribs and chicken a variety of sauces. Chose from several true BBQ sides such as slow-cooked baked beans, green beans and collards like your mama used to make, jalapeno mac and cheese and slaw. Our cornbread is moist and sweet, and we make our own sauces.
The Redneck BBQ Lab is owned and operated by members of the Redneck Scientific competition BBQ team. In 2017, they finished 2nd runner up in the American Royal 30th Annual Invitational Contest in Kansas City and also Reserve Grand Champion in the 38th Annual Open Contest.
The award-winning "Sawce" is bottled and for sale on site and full-service and drop-off catering services are available.
