Since the fall of 2013, Lou Reda’s: An American Table has been impressing people across Eastern North Carolina with its wide variety of tantalizing upscale American cuisine. With a menu curated by Chef Justin Gaines, well-known for his stints on the Food Network’s Beat Bobby Flay and Chopped, and Lou Reda himself, this modern American restaurant is almost unclassifiable by traditional culinary standards. It’s neither a steak house, a seafood restaurant, or a “meat and three” comfort food joint – it’s all of those places and more.
