With six generations of farming in Henderson County to its name, Sawyer Springs Vineyard, was built from the ground up. The vineyard was carefully cultivated with a single goal in mind: producing the finest wines from the finest grapes. All of Sawyer Springs' grapes are grown in the Crest of Blue Ridge Henderson County American Viticulture Area (AVA).

Sawyer Springs frequently offers live music, food trucks and special events. The specific wines available changes throughout the year, but grape varietals include: Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Merlot, Riesling, Malvasia and more.
