Humble Pie
Tapas are believed to have originated more than a century ago in Andalucia, Spain, when bartenders placed humble saucers of bread, cheese and olives atop their customer's glasses. Today tapas is a style of eating: a culture that allows you to share, drink relax and eat what you like. At Humble Pie, a tapas bar, the portions are smaller than entrees but larger than humble. Humble Pie serves nightly dinner, Tues.-Sat., and Sunday brunch. They also offer an extensive wine and beer list and service private parties. Catering is also available.
