Surrounded by gardens, pastures and fields, Sideways emphasizes the connection between the land and the beer, using ingredients grown on the farm in its ever-rotating lineup. The tasting experience is much like a winery; customers gather around a U-shaped bar and a bartender explains the ingredients, flavors, aromas and story behind each beer. On the farm, you can pick flowers and spend time with the farm animals. Has a farmers market the first Sunday of every month (seasonally) and is a Harvest Host.
