Neighbor to The Raleigh Times Bar, The Morning Times Coffee Shop and Gallery is the first stop of the day for many downtown dwellers and commuters. Head Barista Casey Porn, Tim Roy and their hospitable (but not too cheery for that first "hello" of the morning) crew serve up local Counter Culture brews, along with bagels, biscuit sandwiches, muffins, scones and more to get the morning off on the right foot. Many stop back during the day for the famous tuna salad or apple and brie sandwiches and other tasty lunchtime offerings to eat on the go or at a sidewalk table for a relaxing break. Evening visitors can enjoy a glass of wine and dessert as they check out the creations by the featured artist of the month at The Morning Times Gallery upstairs.
