The team at Innovation is always working to come up with new and unique recipes and try to incorporate as many local and seasonal ingredients as possible. With almost three dozen brews on tap, there's something you're sure to enjoy. Taste a range of more traditional-style ales such as a blonde, porter, stout, brown, amber, a handful of Belgian beers, IPA’s, sours and some fun seasonal brews, such as the fall favorite Apple Butter Brown and the summer Peach Jalapaneo ale.

There is a large seating area in the taproom as well as outdoor seating alongside Scotts Creek. Cosmic Carryout food truck is open 7 days a week and Innovation's own Pie Times Pizza Co. is on site, serving wood-fired sourdough pizza with many ingredients and toppings sourced locally.

Free tours of the brewery are available by request.
