Doc Porter's Distillery

Doc Porter’s is a grain-to-glass distillery in Charlotte. Named after the grandfather of our head distiller, Andrew Porter, we pride ourselves on bringing unique handcrafted spirits to everyone. The entire process – milling local grains, mashing, distilling, filtering and bottling – happens under our roof and results in smooth, one-of-a-kind products. Our first product, a 100% North Carolina wheat vodka, is a smooth spirit that truly honors the wheat that serves as its base grain.

Doc Porter’s gin contains both traditional juniper flavors as well as progressive, balanced botanical flavors. Our Doc Porter's High Wheat Bourbon is coming soon.
