Lassiter Distilling Company was founded in 2015 on the principle that greatness is made with time-honored tradition, character and a dose of mischief. We create and market superior spirits, including the flagship product, Lassiter's N.C. Rum. Take a tour, learn about the distillery and sample our rum every Thurs. at 5:30 pm and Sat. at 1 pm, 2 pm and 3 pm.
