A lot of people have asked why we choose to only offer hand-crafted beers instead of the typical beers that everyone is used to. We decided to stick to the small breweries that only make a few thousand barrels a year instead of millions. They still pay attention to detail and use the finest ingredients they can find. We get them within days of being brewed instead of months, so the freshness is at its best. We feel the quality of the beers compliment the freshness of the food we offer.
