Carr Mill Mall just west of the town’s old railroad depot features a beautifully restored former textile mill listed on the National Register of Historic Places, plus many small businesses and specialty stores. The historic building was built in 1899 and features local art outside. See the historic wooden floors and exposed beams inside.
