Brew-ed walking tours are more than just drinking You and your friends will learn how beer is made and how to taste it. You'll get special access to Asheville's breweries and learn the stories behind the pints. Downtown Asheville is home to 11 breweries. Why not walk? In between breweries, your Brew-ed guide will share stories of the early days of Asheville while pointing out some of the beautiful architecture that made downtown Asheville the “Paris of the South.” At each stop, Brew-ed will pour several beers to showcase what makes each brewery unique.
