Island of Lights Festival

Carolina Beach decks the hulls and halls in this island-wide festival featuring a month of yuletide-themed events. Island of Lights kicks off with the traditional parade of lights sporting a coastal twist at the Christmas Flotilla, featuring boats decorated in their holiday best cruising the waterways and competing for prizes. See holiday lights coastal-style as Pleasure Island twinkles with special decorations. Celebrate New Year’s Eve on the beach with the New Year’s Eve Celebration, a family-friendly event featuring a DJ, dancing, refreshments and an epic beach ball drop.
