NC Festival By The Sea

This 2-day event kicks off with a parade down the Holden Beach causeway. This is the only day of the year that you can walk across the Holden Beach bridge and where each year several hundred take that high altitude stroll to stake out the perfect spot to view the parade. Arts and crafts vendors will be on hand and you'll also want to plan to be onsite for at least a meal or two, just to sample a tiny portion of the food. Festival also includes live music, children's activities, horseshoe tournament and sandcastle contest.
