Originally built as a home for elderly women in 1903, the King's Daughters Inn was renovated into a 17-room boutique bed and breakfast in 2009. It is across the street from Duke University's East Campus and walking distance from the Ninth Street District and Brightleaf Square.

The inn offers complimentary concierge service and bicycles, spacious common areas and meeting space, gourmet breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening wine and scotch. Every room includes robes, an HDTV, private baths, and locally produced, all-natural bath amenities.

Special Directions:

From I-40, take exit 279B onto Durham Freeway/NC-147 North.
Travel 9 miles to exit 14 (right) onto Swift Ave, and turn right onto Swift Ave.
After 200ft, cross railroad tracks and turn right onto Main Street.
Continue ~1/2mi and turn left onto Buchanan Blvd.
In 200ft you’ll see The King’s Daughters Inn on the right. Enter the alley just past the Inn, to our parking area.

From I-85, take exit 175 onto Guess Road.
Travel Southeast on Guess Road for about 1 mile.
Guess Road becomes Buchanan Boulevard at Club Boulevard.
Continue South on Buchanan Boulevard for about 1 mile.
The King’s Daughters Inn will be on your left, after Minerva.
Enter the alley between the yellow house and the Inn to reach our parking area.
