Looking for something memorable for your next group get-together or motorcoach stop? This is just the place: awe-inspiring machines, a step back in time to other eras, and a bit of education, too.

Located on the site of what was once the Southern Railway Company’s largest steam locomotive repair facility. Visit antique automobiles or and trace the history of transportation. Experience days of the working railroad repair shop in the restored roundhouse. The museum features 13 buildings, 57 acres, and exhibits on early transportation. Seasonal train ride (fee), audiovisual show, visitors center and gift shop. Please check our website for current admission and train ride prices.

Special annual events include Day Out with Thomas, Rail Days, Antique Car and Truck Shows, and Steamfest. Ask about reserving a car on a special train ride.

Conveniently located off I-85.
