Top of the Hill Distillery

The Top of the Hill (TOPO) Distillery is the deep south's only organic and locally-sourced spirits distillery. We distill our award-winning TOPO Reserve Straight Wheat Whiskey, Eight Oak whiskey, vodka, gin, and moonshine from Jack H. Winslow’s certified organic soft red winter wheat. We also distill TOPO Organic Carolina Spiced Rum. Abbreviated walk-in tours and tastings weekdays $5, 9 am - 5 pm. "Meet the Maker Tours" dates and tastings are available on our website; some book weeks in advance!
