The Clichy Inn (pronounced clee-chee) in historic downtown Statesville is a large historic Edwardian style house that was built in 1917. It has been remodeled and converted into a lovely bed and breakfast. The owners have an extensive paperweight collection from around the world as well as works of art on display. Originally built in 1917 for Charles H. Turner, who invented farm tractor implements under the name Turner Machinery.
