Selections for breakfast include huge scratch pancakes, french toast made with thick Texas bread, selection of omelets and farm fresh eggs cooked to order. For lunch, farm fresh vegetables are the calling card, while our hand-peeled real mashed potatoes are the customer’s favorite. Vendors on the market are utilized to select just-picked local produce. The dinner menu is the same as the lunch menu with the addition of an after 4:00pm section. Signature dinner entrees include: buttermilk fried chicken, roast turkey and dressing, hand-breaded flounder and shrimp and smoked pork chops. Friday and Saturday nights also feature "all you can eat" specials.
