North Carolina is strongly urging residents and visitors
to take precautions relating to the coronavirus (COVID-19),
including social distancing and avoiding non-essential
travel.
As of Tuesday, March 17, restaurants and bars are only open
for take-out and delivery orders, and closed to all dine-in
customers. More information about take-out and delivery options specific to North Carolina destinations can be found here. Additionally, all visitor centers, campground areas and picnic shelters at North Carolina state parks are closed until further notice (trails remain open), with various state parks closing completely. And as of Friday, March 13, North Carolina's nine welcome centers are closed until April 1.
The work of local artists is available for sale every Friday from 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm and the first Saturday of every month from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.
The Arts Council is a nonprofit arts organization that supports visual, performing and liberal arts, as well as historical and cultural programs.
