A Neoclassical Revival house with a full-height portico was built in 1908-1909 as an exact replica of the North Carolina building at the Jamestown Tricentennial Exposition in Jamestown, Virginia in 1907. The home is on the National Register of Historic Places and maintained by the Dunn Woman’s Club. Full kitchen facility, piano, breakout rooms. Available for meetings, weddings and receptions.
