Hellbender 100

Camp Grier and Tanawha Adventures invite you to participate in the Hellbender 100 miler, one of the most scenic hundred milers on the East Coast. The course is a grueling tour of the massive Black Mountains, deep into the valleys below and to the summit of Mt. Mitchell, the highest mountain East of the Mississippi. With an elevation change of ~43,000+ ft., runners will experience some of the most challenging and beautiful trails in all of Western North Carolina. Details are online.
