Da Vinci’s Machines at Discovery Place Science uncovers lost inventions and explores the engineering genius of Leonardo da Vinci. More than 500 years ago, Da Vinci envisioned engineering marvels far beyond the comprehensive of his contemporaries. From flying machines to the world’s first bicycle, he was the self-taught engineer and design genius behind many of world’s groundbreaking mechanical inventions.

Experience this fascinating exhibition dedicated to over 75 inventions reconstructed from Da Vinci’s famous Codices. Encounter and test these interactive inventions, from flying machines and war weapons to diving gear and a self-propelled car.
