Join us for this fun and unique food festival that both teaches and celebrates all things fermented! We'll have demos, presentations, and hands-on workshops. Chefs will demonstrate how to make foods such as kimchi, kombucha, yogurt, and sauerkraut. Hands-on workshops let participants make and take home their own fermented foods. Presentations will consist of fermentation experts explaining the processes and providing tricks for successful fermenting. Booths will host food vendors with food samples, businesses and artisans selling related fermentation items (crocks, jars, etc), an ask-the-expert booth, and a culture swap!
