Enjoy an evening of local craft beer, food trucks, and live music on the grounds of the Wilkes Heritage museum at the first Wilkesboro Brews, Bites and Bands Festival. Local artists Will Easter and Josh Perryman will rock friday night away while you sip local brews from TwoBoros Brewery. You can also attend a pairing dinner inside the historic Tory Oak dining room in the 19th century Smithey Hotel with Call Family Distillers, a distillery run by one of Wilkes County's most legendary moonshiners.
Saturday, the Community Commons in the heart of Wilkesboro will turn into a Munich-worthy beer garden as beer vendors from across the foothills offer samples and pints of brews along with a smorgasbord of local food trucks and artisans from Western NC.
For those about to rock, AC/DC tribute band Problem Child will take the stage in the afternoon to set the party right followed by the main event, Trial By Fire, Journey Tribute Band to close out the evening.
The event will also feature a cornhole tournament and disc golf putting competition, raffles and prize giveaways. The entire family will enjoy browsing vendors, playing with our life-size board games, bounce houses and more.
