NC Festival By The Sea

The NC Festival by the Sea is an annual coastal arts & crafts festival in the heart of Holden Beach. A coastal tradition since 1979, the NC Festival by the Sea offers free parking and entry featuring art by local craftsmen across a variety of media, live entertainment, contests, food vendors, and children's activities. The two-day event kicks off with a parade over the Holden Beach Causeway - this is the only time of the year that the picturesque Holden Bridge over the Intracoastal Waterway is open to pedestrian traffic. Sign up for the annual horseshoe tournament and sandcastle building contest. There is plenty of fun for the whole family.
