The Christmas Candlelight Tour Weekend is set to return to Edenton, North Carolina on Friday, December 10 and Saturday, December 11.

The Penelope Barker House will open at 9 am on Friday, December 10 to greet tourists and locals alike as they pick up their tickets. Then at 1 pm, savories and eggnog will be served. The Cupola House will be open to display the floral creation of the Garden of Eden Club. In line with tradition, members of the club will decorate buildings around town with fresh greenery from local gardens and woods. Community Christmas Trees will line the Cupola House Gardens.

Wagon rides and Broad Street shopping are community staples. This year, Edenton State Historic Sites will be in the historic 1767 Chowan County Courthouse with a variety of themed activities including dancers of The Nutcracker.
