Pilgrimage Tour of Historic Homes & Sites

The Pilgrimage of Historic Home Tour includes two days of history, heritage and southern hospitality. Enjoy a glimpse into Edenton‘s history through some of her finest century old private homes and countryside estates. The 2023 tour will be very special and will include a majority of homes first time on tour.

Edenton Woman’s Club a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization has been hosting this event for 74 years to support historic preservation and education. The club will be offering a Southern fare boxed lunch at the 1767 Chowan County Courthouse (lunch tickets purchased in advance) and free horse-drawn carriage rides along the Pilgrimage route.
