Since the 1920s, Penland has been a place where blacksmiths, printmakers, glassblowers, ceramicists, textile artists and woodworkers refine their skills in immersive, studio-based workshops and residencies.
The Penland Gallery and Visitors Center showcases curated works by instructors, resident artists and alumni, many of whom are nationally recognized in their fields.
