Oyster House Brewing Company
Head Brewer Billy Klingel started brewing beer in his garage in the 1990s. Several test batches later Oyster House Brewing was born. The brewery is located in the Lobster Trap's Patton Avenue location, and specializes in the Moonstone Oyster Stout, a dark, creamy beer brewed with five pounds of fresh oysters.
