Wicked Weed Brewing

In 1519, King Henry VIII declared hops “a Wicked and Pernicious weed” destined to ruin beer. In 2012, Wicked Weed Brewing opened in downtown Asheville, offering a variety of hoppy, Belgian, and wood-aged beers in the basement taproom, and a creative slate of fresh dishes in the upstairs restaurant.
