Johnnie Mercer's Pier

Johnnie Mercer's Pier is the only concrete fishing pier in the state of North Carolina. Located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach and extending over 1200 feet into the Atlantic Ocean, Johnnie Mercer's Pier is a must for anyone visiting the area. It is, however, one of the only piers in North Carolina that does charge a fee just to walk on the pier.
