We are a North Carolina winery producing wines from the first American grape - the muscadine, which is native to our region. We invite you to come taste the fruits of our labor. We think you will be pleasantly surprised! Stop by our tasting room to sample one of our fine wines. Ask about a vineyard tour. We also have unique gifts by local artists available for sale. As a kid growing up on a farm in eastern North Carolina, owner Phil built many treehouses. In the spring of 1999, he decided it was time to build a treehouse for adults - for his wife, Dianne, and himself. This treehouse sits 30 feet in the air and the lower level has a treehouse that was for their daughter when she was little. Since that time, they have received a lot of attention from newspapers and national magazines about their treehouse. It is equipped with a double bed, ceiling fan, couch, an outdoor fireplace, phone (they don't always answer it), rocking chairs, and much more. The two porches allow breathtaking view of the vineyards, pond and horses.
