South Creek Vineyards and Winery
Award-winning, locally-owned boutique winery offering a variety of red and white wines. Tasting and tours available mid-February through December on Wednesday through Saturday 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. The vineyard is located close to Lake James and the two Lake James State Parks. Check our event calendar for special events! South Creek Vineyard is included on the North Carolina Mountain Lakes Wine Trail.

Special Directions: From I-40 Exit 94 Dysartsville Rd. / Lake James. Go North 0.5 miles to US-70 West. Turn left onto US Highway 70, go 1.6 miles. Turn left onto Muddy Creek Road (Small store/gas on left, white brick building.) Go 1.9 miles on Muddy Creek/Gilbert Byrd where South Creek Road splits right. Go straight 0.7 miles and we are on the left.
