Devil's Stompin' Ground Road

NC - 902. North Carolina Scenic Byway. This byway takes its colorful name from a local legend attached to a clearing, in which is a circular path said to have been worn down by the devil`s pacing as he plotted new forms of mischief. Located in Chatham County.
