Our intention at the Wedge Brewery is to produce good beer in the classic styles. We use the best sourced ingredients to make beer we can be proud of. Our brewery size and production (about 1300 barrels) allow us to be a throwback to the neighborhood brewery. We are always thankful and honored by the support of our beer-savvy locals.
We're located in the lower level of the Wedge Studios situated in the River Arts District of Asheville. The building is a classic brick warehouse adjacent to the railroad tracks. The original use of the structure was probably as a food warehouse. The space the brewery is in at onetime stored slaughtered hogs! Named best Local Brewery by Mountain Xpress's "Best of WNC" yearly community poll.

Find the corner of Patton and Clingman, turn at the traffic light to go down the hill (Clingman) turn ;eft at the Grey Eagle, at the bottom of the hill, take Clingman Ext. to 5 way stop, turn right toward the R/R tracks, turn right before the tracks, if your on a dirt parking lot, you found it!
