Cauble Creek Vineyard

Cauble Creek Vineyard is an estate family-owned vineyard and winery located in the Piedmont region of North Carolina. Our 36-acre site is located in the central area of adjacent parcels of agriculturally farmed sites. These land parcels are owned by current and past generations of the Cauble family farm. The natural red soils and yearly ambient weather conditions allows the farm to produce some of the best tasting fruits and vegetables in NC.

The Vineyard specializes in raising and producing the native Muscadine varieties of grapes. The Vineyard was established in 2006 and continues to expand each year. Our wines are produced from our estate grapes.

Natural underground springs flow throughout the surrounding area which allows the clear, pure water to feed the 2.5-acre pond and creeks. The farm utilizes these natural resources and provides environmentally safe agricultural products.

An estate vineyard, we specialize in Muscadine wine products and provide local goods such as jellies. jams, BBQ sauce and salad dressings. Come visit our tasting room and enjoy a leisurely walk around the area.

Join us at the Vineyard and taste the fruits of the native Muscadine grape varieties. Take in our hospitality and stretch your legs on a nice walk around the homestead. Our location is just minutes away from downtown Historic Salisbury

Make plans now to schedule a future event at the Vineyard! We host family reunions, organizational meetings, wedding parties, and even fishing parties.

In addition, we host educational tours including planting and training the vines. We harvesting grapes – Sept / Oct.
