Description

In 1766, The Old Stone House was built by German immigrant Michael Braun, in rural North Carolina. The house, now a historical museum in Rowan County, stands proudly as a testament to the early pioneering spirit of America. Less than one mile away and nine generations later on what was once part of the original homestead in the Old Stone Vineyard and Winery. Here you will find uniquely American wines and European blends made with the same values of hard work, craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our wine list specializes in white and red Muscadine wines; also includes Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc blend, Peach and Blackberry wine. Free tours and tastings are offered daily. Gift shop features local NC artist and crafters with one-of-a-kind items.
