Opened in 1976, the National Railroad Museum and Hall of Fame is dedicated to preserving railroad history -- especially local history. Come see why Hamlet was once dubbed the "Hub of the Seaboard" while viewing the various displays, photographs, plaques, rolling stock and model train display.
