This living historical farm (listed on North Carolina Historical Sites) features rare and endangered breeds of animals, heirloom garden and field crops, and a heritage apple orchard. Farming, domestic skills and historic craft demonstrations recall the life of the Hausers, a circa 1900 northwest Piedmont family

From Interstate 74/U.S. 52, take the Pinnacle exit (129). Follow the signs southwest on Perch Road approximately three and one-half miles to Hauser Road. Turn right on Hauser Road and go approximately two and one-half miles. Horne Creek Living Historical Farm is on the left
