I just bought 2 online tickets to Monday's game. I was pleased to find a discount for seniors (not easy to find on your website); however to charge $3 service charge doesn't make sense. I did the work, I filled out the forms, I printed the ticket. What service did your computer do other than help me spend money? You should waive that fee for seniors.
