It looks like Big Daddy just hit a bad day. We had lunch and dinner there last Saturday and thoroughly enjoyed both. The staff was efficient and friendly. We stayed at the motel, room #4 was pretty small but sufficient, and it was spotlessly clean. We go to Duck a couple Sundays a month to check on our rental house and have already made two more Saturday reservations.

We have been to BWI many times and have had an ok time. Well that changed Sun 04/10. My wife and I were out riding with friends and we went to BWI. I ordered a cup of She Crab Soup, Buffalo Oysters and the BBQ dinner, my friend ordered a bowl of She Crab Soup and the BBQ dinner. The soup took for ever to get and when it did show up it was room temp, my friends bowl was haft full and looked like it had spilled. We said something to the waitress and she took it back. When it can back she said the reason it was not full was they ran out so she guessed she would only charge for a haft bowl. I asked he about the Oysters she said O yea let me get them. When they came out there were 5 small oysters cost $7.95. The BBQ dinners came out, my friend got a plate full of meat and I got no more than a cup. (A noticeable difference) I asked why the difference and she said I don’t know that’s just the way the cook did it and walked off. I guess it was an off day. I will think twice before taking friends there again.
