Hollie West, the owner of Sweet Monkey Bakery & Cafe, was born a baker. Even in elementary school, she volunteered to help the lunch ladies, so it was natural that she found baking as a career. Sweet Monkey not only sells those wonderful baked goods but also puts sandwiches on her famous bread. Sunday brunch is also a treat as you can get a taste of her culinary expertise beyond the baked goods.
