Pinehurst No. 2

To play Pinehurst No. 2, players have to drive the ball well, hit long irons well and, most of all, produce a razor-sharp short game due to small greens that fall off around the edge. The site of the 1999 & 2005 U.S. Open Championships, Donald Ross called it "the fairest test of championship golf I have ever designed."
